Thank you notes are important.

Thank you notes, they’re a little thing, but so important.  I think it is so important to take every opportunity that is given to communicate that you love another person.  In this life, true unity isn’t possible, but that doesn’t mean I don’t long for it and shouldn’t make the effort.  To love is to be happy.

Betty’s Baptism

As you know, I’m a wedding photographer so I know how much we (people in general) celebrate weddings, but baptisms we don’t celebrate as much. I think we should. My first two daughter were baptized before I met Christ in the movement and He became everything for me. Effectively and actually their baptisms were just as important as Betty’s will be. Happy Valentines Day…

It is Valentines day and I got stuck bringing Grace to ballet, again. Last week I got stuck too. I might enroll in drivers ed again. When we got inside, Lauren and Grace performed a beautiful ballet for Jill and I as a Valentines Day gift. For me, these little things in life that I didn’t create, didn’t expect and couldn’t have imagined are signs that Christ loves me. Betty Rosella Larsen

On Thursday we welcomed our third daughter into the world. Betty Rosella is a miracle who tears open my heart. I will never be able to love her enough so my complete dependence on Christ is again revealed to me. Oh how I need Him, for me and for my daughter. Mom and baby are doing well. Betty, my mother, was killed in a car accident by a sleeping driving when I was 4, my daughter is named after her.
