So much fun to meet and photograph Rob and Danielle. Beautiful rustic cabin near Crosslake, fun spunky dog and a couple in love!
So looking forward to their wedding next year at Manhattan Beach Lodge.

Manhattan Beach Lodge in the fall is hard to beat unless you add an awesome couple with tons of style. Style from beginning to end. Style that started with the purse and dress, continued to the hand woven ceremony archway, proceeded upward with the reception decor and had colored paper lanterns and Manhattan’s amazing sunset as the finale.
Teresa and Jeff, what a party…

Chelsie and Sean are substantially different people from when I photographed this session less than 6 weeks ago; they are parents to beautiful Clara. How amazing it is that their love is so full that now there’s Clara, beautiful, wonderful, amazing Clara.
I’m so happy that we had the opportunity to shoot this session for this reason alone. This was a very unique and beautiful time in their lives. So much of what makes life so beautiful was so clearly present: expectation, uncertainty, hope, anxiety, love, trust. The short periods of time that we have waiting for something (or someone) are the most beautiful times we have because it is when what we are a human beings is most clear: a constant waiting, an endless expectation, awaiting a promise.
Sean and Chelsie, you are beautiful.
Jake and Brittany’s epic Northwoods Engagement Adventure! Well… maybe not epic, but pretty awesome. I love how my work allows me access to the intimacy of beautiful relationships.
Getting to know Jake and Brittany during their engagement session made me even more excited to photograph their wedding at Manhattan Beach Lodge in Crosslake next summer.
Koreena and Jason’s wedding day began with Koreena getting ready at The Lodge in Brainerd, continued with a pontoon ride for the bride leaving from Lost Lake Lodge and arriving at the lakeside ceremony with a bag piper. After the ceremony the celebration continued with a tented reception and dance at the family cabin on Gull Lake with a beautiful sunset view and fireworks. The entire celebration was spectacular.
Jason and Koreena, thank you so much for having me as your wedding photographer.
