What do you get from your engagement session?

First, you’ll get a set of great lifestyle portraits with the love of your life in a more relaxed, natural setting than your wedding images. No gowns or tuxes. More true to your every day life.

Second, we’ll get to know each before your wedding day. You’ll get to see how I work. I’ll get to see how you respond. This way, when I arrive on your wedding day you’ll already be comfortable with me and how I work and I’ll have a much better idea of how you respond to me. This comfort and familiarity between us will make for awesome wedding images and a much more relaxed wedding day.

All of our engagement sessions include the full resolution image files and a password protected online image showcase.

What’s Involved

I love incorporating my clients ideas into their engagement sessions. So, we’ll chat before hand to see what you have in mind. If nothing comes to mind for you, I have quite a few “little places I know about” where we can go up here in the Brainerd Lakes Area and even more down in the Twin Cities Metro. My goal is for your relationship to shine through these images.

How does it work? Basically we get together, go for a walk, talk, hang out a little, stop a few places as we make some awesome images to capture this moment in your lives. Afterwards, I love taking clients to get coffee or a drink. Easy peasy.

How It Works

We get together for 60-90 minutes (and hopefully coffee after) and create some great images of you and your beloved. Three weeks later your images will be live on your password protected online image showcase where you can share them with whomever you choose. You’ll receive an email letting you know when they are live. You and your guests will be able to view, favorite and order images directly on this website via credit card. Oh yeah, you’ll be on my blog and Facebook page sometime in there too.

What You Get

Your online image showcase will be hosted for six month. The same day that your showcase goes live your digital files will be shipped to you via USPS so look for those in the mail. You’ll have the full personal reproduction rights to your images to make save-the-date cards, invites, table center pieces, a signing board, a signing book, newspaper announcement or any other number of great ways to share these images with your friends and family. Some of our packages include an engagement guest book which will provide you with a wonderful coffee-table worthy keepsake.
