Imagine, or better yet, remember when you were a child and it was approaching your birthday or perhaps Christmas and there was that one thing that you absolutely had to get. You told your parents. You left hints. Every time the commercial came on TV your eyes were glued. Now, remember the day you when you were going to get to open your gifts and there was a box the right size and the right weight, but you have to wait until after cake or until the next morning before you can open it. The excitement, the tension, the hope. For me, this is the essence of being engaged, but exponentially more because this is “the one”, the love of your life, your fiancé, your future husband or wife. This is the sweetest thing, love.
Every engagement image I make, this is what I want to communicate, this love that is sweet and full of hope.
