Colorful Cuyuna Lakes Summer Engagement Session \\ Jennifer & Andrew

"After a weekend away, Andrew and I got home, he suggested we go on a bike ride. I was not especially excited but decided it would be good for us to relax and get outside. We went on one of our normal routes and stopped at a river, one that we have many times before. I was drinking water and turned around to see Andrew on one knee, asking me to marry him. I was shocked!"

Yes, a thousand times yes!  These stories are what keep me connected to my work. Two people, meeting, getting to know each other and committing their lives to each other.  It happens hundreds of times a day, all around the world, but these two, Andrew and Jennifer, were brought into my life, for me to share in their joy!  The amazing thing about falling in love is that the fact that it happens to thousands of other people every day too doesn't diminish is significance to you!  Andrew got down on one knee and asked JEN! Amazing!

"Andrew likes to tell people we met in the pet store. I was looking for cat food and he was looking for cat litter to put underneath tires in the snow. It was really online :)"

I love this SO much! In 2018 about 1/3 of my clients met online and it is a beautiful thing when technology can help us make real connections in real life like it did for Jennifer and Andrew! Hurrah online matchmaking!

"We fell in love with the Pine Peaks property and everything it offers. Because all of our family is coming from out of state, we wanted to have space that we could host, outside of the wedding itself."

If there are two things in common with all of Pine Peak's couple's they are:

  • One, every Pine Peaks couple LOVES their experience with the property and the owners, Dave and Julie.

  • Two, they love the fact that they get the entire property for multiple days to host and turn their wedding day into a multiple day wedding event.

  • Bonus, they love all of the decor options that Pine Peaks offers them to use on their wedding day. Honestly there are a ton of reasons couples love Pine Peaks.

"Do you have any advice for other couple's to prepare for their engagement session? Don’t stress out! It was way easier than we imagined. Enjoy the moment with your fiancé."

Plus, guys especially pay attention here, there will be a lot of kissing and shmushy hugs and that's always enjoyable.  ;)
