I help with the photography timeline: preparation coverage, the first look, group photographs and a portrait window that suits the light. Event coordination, vendor arrivals and property setup need their own plan, so decide who will manage those responsibilities before the day.
Documentary coverage follows the gathering as it happens, from the ceremony to conversations around the yard. For editorial portraits, I choose the light and give clear direction so you know where to stand and what to do. If you feel nervous about the camera, we keep that part simple and leave time to settle in.
Travel is included for weddings within 200 miles of Brainerd, including the Brainerd Lakes area. For locations farther away, travel and lodging are quoted separately.

My wedding-day collections run $2,995–$5,895 depending on coverage hours. Collection Three is $3,895 for 8 hours; Collection Four is $2,995 for 6 hours. We choose the hours around the ceremony, portraits and celebration you want photographed. For gatherings of fewer than 20 guests, the Elopement collection is $1,495 for 2–3 hours. Every collection includes design consultation, a private online gallery and full-resolution image files within 2 weeks. Travel within 200 miles of Brainerd is included.
